Dr. Amen will teach you how to get into a relaxed diaphragmatic breathing pattern that dramatically increases your focus so you can gain control of your emotions and actions.
Dr. Amen will show you how hypnosis is effective when used with meditation and diaphragmatic breathing because it resets your brain if you are upset.
Dr. Amen presents research findings that show how parenting fits into four categories – loving, hateful, firm, and permissive. He then teaches that the goal for most relationships should be to reach “firm and kind” or “loving and firm” in order to establish a sense of trust and bonding.
