BrainMD Advocate Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the BrainMD Advocate Program, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have an active, valid method of payment reception to participate.

BrainMD reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

How You Earn

You will receive a personal referral link and/or discount code to share. Commission is earned on qualifying orders placed by a referred customer within 60 days of their first tracked click.

Commission does not apply to recurring or automatic subscription renewal payments.

To account for returns and refunds, commission is released 60 days after the initial order date rather than immediately upon purchase. Returned or canceled orders will result in the deduction of the corresponding commission.

Using Your Link and Code

Your discount code and link are for your personal use in sharing BrainMD with your own network.

Codes may not be published on public coupon or deal-listing sites, shared with unaffiliated resellers, or used to generate self-referral orders.

You are responsible for ensuring your promotion of BrainMD complies with all applicable laws and professional or ethical guidelines relevant to your role.

Intellectual Property

You may not alter any brand assets provided by BrainMD without prior written consent.

All promotional materials must be used in a manner consistent with BrainMD's brand guidelines.

Program Changes and Standing

BrainMD reserves the right to review, adjust, or remove any affiliate from the Advocate Program at its discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Commission rates, discount values, and program terms may be updated by BrainMD at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

Participation in the BrainMD Advocate Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and BrainMD.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of BrainMD branding, promotional materials, and referral links or codes.

Payouts and Taxes

Payouts are issued via Tremendous and are subject to Tremendous's own terms of service. You are responsible for any tax reporting obligations related to earnings received.

Limitation of Liability

BrainMD will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Advocate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendment

BrainMD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued participation after such changes constitutes consent to those changes.

Agreement

By participating in the BrainMD Advocate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Violation of any term may result in termination and forfeiture of accrued commissions.
