The BrainMD Loyalty Rewards Program is our free loyalty program created to reward you for investing in your brain health. When you shop on BrainMD.com, you can earn BrainMD Rewards points on eligible purchases, plus bonus points through select activities throughout the year. Your points can be redeemed for rewards codes that help you save on future orders, and you can unlock additional perks as you move up through our VIP tiers.

Enrollment is completely free. Simply create a BrainMD account, or choose to sign up during checkout on your first purchase. There are no membership fees, and you do not need to buy anything to join.

Most customers are eligible to earn BrainMD Rewards points, including international customers.

Please note: Amen Clinic Patient accounts and BrainMD Wholesale accounts are not eligible to earn BrainMD Rewards points or participate in VIP tiers.

You can start earning points as soon as you have a BrainMD account and place eligible orders on BrainMD.com. You may also earn points for select activities such as:

• Making a Purchase (1 point for every $1 spent on eligible one time purchases)
  
• Celebrating Your Birthday (bonus points when your birthday is added to your account)
  
• Leaving Verified Product Reviews
  Your points are automatically tracked and added to your account, so there is no manual tracking needed.

BrainMD Rewards points are added after your order ships (when your order is fulfilled), not at the exact moment you place your order. This helps ensure points are awarded only for completed orders.

Every 1,000 points equals $1 in BrainMD Rewards credit that can be applied toward eligible one time or new subscription purchases on BrainMD.com.

Just log in to your BrainMD account and open the Rewards Dashboard. There you can view your current points balance, available rewards, and VIP tier level, plus your progress toward the next tier.

You can redeem your points anytime you have enough points to qualify for a reward. Current rewards include:

• $5 off = 5,000 points
• $10 off = 10,000 points
• $15 off = 15,000 points
• $25 off = 25,000 points

When you redeem your points, you will receive a reward code that can be applied at checkout toward an eligible purchase.

BrainMD Rewards points may be redeemed on one time or new subscription purchases only. At this time, points cannot be applied to ongoing subscription renewal payments.

BrainMD Rewards codes currently cannot be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise stated. If you have both a rewards code and another promotion available, we recommend choosing whichever option provides the better savings before checkout.

Reward points apply to product totals only and cannot be used to pay for shipping costs, taxes, gift cards, or other non product charges.

Your BrainMD Rewards points do not expire. Once earned, your points remain available in your account until you are ready to redeem them (as long as your account remains active).

Your VIP tier is based on how much you spend over a rolling 12-month period. As your total spend increases, your tier updates automatically and new perks unlock.

• Smart: $0–$199
• Brilliant: $200–$499
• Genius: $500+

When you reach a new spend level, additional perks unlock right away, such as faster point earning and additional benefits. (Genius members receive notification on how to redeem their free product gift 75 days after entering the Genius tier.)

At the end of your 12 month tier period, your tier is reviewed based on your spend during the most recent 12 months. If you no longer meet the spend requirement for your current tier, your status may adjust. Any points you have earned will remain available for redemption.

Genius members receive their free product gift about 90 days after entering the Genius tier, as long as they remain eligible at that time. This timing helps ensure the gift is delivered as a true VIP perk for ongoing BrainMD customers.

If you return an order, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance once the return is processed. If you used points on the returned order, those points will be credited back to your account after the return or refund is processed and approved.

No. BrainMD Rewards points are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value outside of use on BrainMD.com purchases.

Yes. International customers are welcome to join and earn points through BrainMD.com. Please note that some perks, rewards, or redemption options may vary depending on your country and local regulations.
