"I have been using Calm My Brain for almost a year now. I take them about half an hour before I want to be sleeping, and I usually take 2 out of the 3 pills that are the recommended amount. What I love: I now fall asleep way quicker and easier; I also feel more rested when I wake up. I have noticed that when I don’t take them even just one time I have more of a struggle turning my brain off for sleep. They have magnesium citrate so I now have regular bowel movements which has helped so much with bloating."
