"Not seeing any changes in cognition or how I feel yet. Occasionally burp it up, but pleasant lemon flavor versus fishy ( I have bad GERD). Have to like the capsules separate from the rest of my pills. When I placed them in my pill planner with the rest of my pills, they all ended up sticking together & residue of the fish oil pill remains in the pill planner."
