"I am currently enjoying taking restful sleep and am noticing that when I wake up to use the restroom in the middle of the night I am able to get right back to sleep again. This has solved that annoying problem for me! I do combine it with a vitamin D 10,000 iu, NAC 1400mg, 2 tart cherry capsules and a B complex (25mg-100mg as needed). This vitamin cocktail has taken me from 3-4 hrs of sleep per night to 6-7 per night and am feeling more rested now."
