BrainMD offers a “set it and forget it” option so that you never run out of your favorite supplements. Our subscription delivery service is available for most BrainMD supplement products. 

Each month, your credit card will be charged, and a new shipment will be sent to the address supplied at time of enrollment. If a payment cannot be processed, you will be contacted and asked to provide us with current and accurate shipping and billing information. Your order will not be approved and shipped until this information has been obtained and verified.

You may adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason by contacting BrainMD’s Customer Care Team (see below).

Subscription delivery shipments are free regardless of order value (U.S. orders only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and Puerto Rico). Due to the ongoing health and safety precautions, please expect a slight delay in shipping. 

The subscription delivery service guarantees a product’s current price for the lifetime of your subscription. Pausing and/or cancelling your membership may forfeit that price guarantee.

Users may contact BrainMD Health at any time to cancel their subscription. Additionally, BrainMD Health will notify users prior to the subscription upgrade and prior to processing any payments for your first Auto Delivery shipment. Auto Delivery subscriptions will be charged every 30 days to the credit card supplied at the time of enrollment. Upon payment processing a new shipment will be sent to the address supplied at time of enrollment. If a payment cannot be processed you will be contacted to provide new payment information prior to your next shipment being sent. It is the user’s responsibility to provide BrainMD Health current and accurate shipping and billing information, and to contact customer care to communicate any changes in this information.
