Better than melatonin!

"Since my father passed away unexpectedly, I have been having more trouble than usual sleeping. I would wake up in the middle of the night to racing thoughts about how to handle the estate and be unable to get back to sleep. I tried this as a last-ditch effort before seeing an M. D. for prescription meds and am so glad I did. One or two capsules 30 minutes before bed and I usually sleep through the night. When I do wake up in the middle of the night, I find myself able to put my thoughts aside and get back to sleep. I also started the NeuroVite Plus Multivitamins at the same time, per the recommendation, so I am not sure the effect that I am seeing is just this supplement or the combination, but I am feeling more like my old self and will continue on both of them."

If I thought I could trade them for either of the other 2, I would request that. But I doubt they will work either. I took the quiz, and this was the one recommended.
