"My 13 yr old grandson (5'6" 180 lbs) has ADHD and takes 2 medications (methylphenidate & guanfacine). The older he gets the worse bedtime became to a point he argued and gets violent for a couple of hours. We have tried everything. We started following Dr. Amen and decided to try his supplements cause the doses are broke down for minors & by weight others aren't. About a week after starting Quiet My Mind Sleep he started saying he was going to bed because he was tired. He takes it about 8pm within 45 minutes he showers and gets ready for bed without having to argue, he is actually calm. We were in shock because we have not experienced anything that worked so quickly in calming him for bedtime. Bedtime now is wonderful. He no longer takes guanfacine due to Quiet My Mind Sleep Supplement has calmed him and mornings are smoother. We are so impressed that I have scheduled him to see Amen Clinic for the brain scan to see if there are other supplements of BrainMD that could help him with his ADHD where he could stop taking methylphenidate because it doesn't work well for him and he still struggles in school with focusing and behavior. Can’t really tell if this is doing anything for me

"My doc said I should take this, however it has nearly all the same ingredients of another product I was taking. So i quit taking that one, and started taking this one. Sometimes I sleep well when using this product and sometimes I don’t, so I can’t tell if it made a difference. I’ve been taking it for months and I’m thinking of switching back to my old product, which I took morning and evening. I didn’t ruminate before taking this."
