  • What is the BrainMD Loyalty Reward Program?

    The BrainMD Loyalty Reward Program enables you to earn points on every dollar spent on BrainMD products that you love. These points will accumulate and can be redeemed toward future orders.

  • How do I enroll in the Loyalty Reward Program, and is there any fee to join?

    There is no cost to join the program. When you make your first purchase, you are automatically enrolled in the program. You can also click here to sign up and create your free account.

  • How do I start earning points?

    The BrainMD Loyalty Reward Program rewards you for your purchases. Initially, you'll earn 1000 Loyalty Reward points for every $100 spent. These points can be redeemed at checkout, with 1000 points equivalent to $1.00.

    As you spend more, the rewards increase. Once you've spent over $200 in a calendar year, you'll receive 2500 points for every $100 spent.

    If you spend over $500 in a year, you'll receive 4000 points for every $100 spent.

    Please note that points are only awarded for product purchases and do not include coupons, shipping, or sales tax. Also, only whole dollars spent count towards your Loyalty Reward points, not partial dollars or cents.

    In addition to earning points for purchases, you can also receive points for joining the program and on your birthday (if you choose to share it with us). The BrainMD Loyalty Program is designed to reward you for your loyalty, so the more you spend, the more points you'll receive.

  • How do I translate points into the amount of credit I’ve earned?

    No matter which level or tier you are in, if you have earned 1,000 points, you will receive $1 credit that can be applied to your next order. Or if you’ve earned 10,000 points, you will receive $10 that can be applied to your next order.

  • How can I check my status in the BrainMD Loyalty Reward Program?

    To view your status as a Loyalty member, login to your account, and click on My Loyalty Status in the left menu. You will see Loyalty Status: Your Status.

  • How can I check how many points I’ve earned?

    To view the number of points you’ve earned, login to your account, and click on Loyalty Reward Points in the left menu. Points are updated every hour.

  • When can I use my points?

    You can use your Loyalty Reward points during checkout in your Shopping Cart. You will be able to view how many Loyalty Reward points you have available and can click Use Rewards Points to apply them to your order.

  • Can points be used on existing subscriptions?

    No, points cannot be used on existing subscriptions.

  • Can I use my points on tax or shipping costs

    No, points cannot be used to cover the cost of shipping or any associated taxes.

  • How long do I have to use my points?

    Your BrainMD Loyalty Reward points do not expire and will remain active in your account until you are ready to use them.

  • How do I move up to the next tier of the Loyalty Reward Program?

    If you have spent more than $0 and up to $199 in one calendar year, you qualify for the Smart tier.

    If you spend between $200 and $499 in one calendar year, you qualify for the Brilliant tier.

    If you spend more than $500 in one calendar year, you qualify for the Genius tier.

    Each tier allow you to accumulate points at a higher rate and comes with additional benefits. See the chart above for more detail.

  • What happens if I don’t spend $500 in 12 months once I am a Genius member?

    If your spending for the year is less than $500 but within $200-$499 in orders, you will be considered a Brilliant member. If your spending is less than $200, you will return to Smart member status.

  • What happens if I return a product?

    If you return an item to BrainMD, you will be given a full refund and any points accrued for that purchase will be deducted from your Loyalty Points account.

  • Can I combine my points with other offers and coupons?

    Yes, you can! BrainMD Loyalty Reward Points can be combined with all other offers and special discounts unless otherwise specified.

  • Can I redeem my points for cash?

    Our Loyalty Points work like many other store credits. You may only redeem them as a credit toward a purchase when they are applied to an order. They do not hold any cash value.

  • Can I sign up for the Loyalty Reward Program if I live outside the US?

    Our Loyalty Program is currently only available for US residents.
