"Having successfully quit smoking 5+ years ago by use of medical hypnosis, I was excited for the opportunity to lose weight the same way. Unfortunately, this CD does not accomplish its goal. There ought to be 2 tracks: one for the hypnosis and a second one for the non-hypnosis peripheral items. There’s nothing worse in the middle of medical hypnosis than to be interrupted by something that is not directly related to the goal of hypnosis."
