"Glad to be taking Vitamin D3, 5000 IU, Trying to boost my serotonin level which Vit. D3 achieves when one does not get enough D3 from the sunshine. There is also a Serotonin supplement offered, and I do not know which to take, so I decided on D3. I do. not wish to overdo getting a Serotonin boost. Also, am interested in D3 with K2 which I am contemplating, but my Brain and Body Power has a small amount of K2 in it, and I do not know how much K2 is desirable. Wish someone could help me on this K2 decision. Overall, I love Dr. Amen's supplements."
