Starting is easy. Select the “Save With Monthly Auto Delivery” option on the product page when you order
online, or call (888) 850-5287 from 8am - 5pm PST, Monday through Friday to place your Auto Delivery order
with one of our friendly customer care representatives.
How do I make changes to my Auto Delivery order?
You can easily modify Auto Delivery shipments in the My Account
of our website or by calling customer care at (888) 850-5287 from 8am - 5pm PST, Monday through Friday.
Is there any obligation to continue Auto Delivery?
No. You may modify your Auto Delivery shipments at any time in the
section or by calling Customer care at (888) 850-5287 from
8am - 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. You will not receive or be billed for any future shipments unless
the order has already shipped.
Can I delay or skip my Auto Delivery order?
Yes, you can easily delay or skip your Auto Delivery delivery date at any time by logging in to the
section of our online store. Once you are logged into your
account dashboard you can alter your Auto Delivery dates and even order a single immediate supply of one
or all of your supplements. Simply click the "My Product Subscriptions" tab on the lower left
hand side of your account dashboard.
How do I return an Auto Delivery item?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply call 1-888-850-5287 from 8am - 5pm PST, Monday
through Friday, for return instructions and authorization.
How do I change my credit card for my subscription?
First you must login to your BrainMD Health account
with your email and
password. Click on "My Credit Cards". Here you can either EDIT an existing card or Add a new
card. Be sure you SAVE the changes you make. After the card has been added, you must update it in each product you want to process on the new card, and Save.
How do I change my billing/shipping address for my subscription?
After logging into your BrainMD Health account
with your email and
password, go to Addresses. Here you can edit your billing and shipping address. Hit SAVE after entering
the new information. Go to "My Subscription Products" and for each subscription you have hit EDIT. Here
you will select the correct billing and shipping address for each product. Always SAVE when done making
How do I edit the status of my Auto Delivery?
Login to your BrainMD Health account
with your password and email. Go to
“My Subscription Products”. Here you can EDIT your auto ship status. Always SAVE any changes you have
made. You can change the quantity or pause a subscription here. You cannot add a new product to an
Will my credit card be charged on the exact same day of the month?
Your credit card will be charged within a day or two of when the auto ship was set up. Usually it is the
exact same day.
Can I use a coupon on my Auto Delivery order?
The automatic discount amount for all supplements ordered on Auto Delivery is 15% off the regular price.
Coupon codes can be used on qualifying offers for the first shipment of a new Auto Delivery order only.
Discounts cannot be combined and the greater discount amount will always apply. Coupon codes are not valid
on subsequent monthly automatic shipments.
Can I use rewards points on my Auto Delivery order?
The ability to automatically earn and apply Brain Points on every Auto Delivery order is launching soon! In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot automate this process at the moment. Please check back again for updates regarding this feature.
