Standard Returns

If you wish to return your BrainMD supplement order, please read the policy that applies to you:

Opened Products – Notify BrainMD within 60 days of the purchase date for store credit up to the amount of the original purchase price. Shipping costs will be applied to replacement product/s.

Unopened Products – simply return the unopened product/s within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping costs and/or return shipping costs). Please be advised that we won’t issue a refund after 60 days of purchase, or for empty bottles.

All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for the product price only. We don’t reimburse shipping or return postage costs for unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or orders marked Return To Sender. 

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team for a RMA number and return shipping label. You can reach us at (949) 556-4721 or toll free at (888) 850-5287 from 6 am to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Or email us at support@brainmdhealth.com.

Once you’ve received the return shipping label, please use it immediately to return the product. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return package and will exclude return shipping costs.  

RMAs can only be issued for domestic returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping.

Happy Saffron Bundle Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our Happy Saffron Bundle in any way, please return the unused portion of the products, including the empty bottles within 30 days and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Please allow up to 30 days to process your return and issue a refund.  Please contact our customer service department at (888) 850-5287 prior to sending any product back for return, replacement or exchange. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Courses & Media Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your course or media (book, DVD, CD, download, etc.) purchase, simply return the product, within  30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (less original shipping costs and/or return shipping costs). 

We will not provide for returns or refunds beyond thirty days from the original purchase date. Any open product will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
