When does it start and how do I sign up?

How much time do I need to devote to this program?
OmegaBrain Boosts are designed to fit into your normal day-to-day schedule and each Brain Boost should take no more than 20 minutes of your time. That said, the amount of time you dedicate to each Brain Boost is entirely up to you.
What happens if I miss a day?
Brain Boost emails + all Brain Boost Series related content will be waiting patiently for you in your inbox. If you miss a day (or two), you can easily play catch-up the next day, or whenever your schedule allows.
How do I know if it’s working?
