Love how I feel! The Omega-3 “horse pill” is tough to swallow

"I hate to write anything negative! I love the Amen supplements, the science backing, the brain focus… everything I’ve tried is wonderful and I feel SO much better when using them. I’ve compared quality across other brands and Dr. Amen’s rank higher, in my book. However, the Omega-3, being such a large capsule, is SO hard for me to swallow. I wish they’d split the size of the Omegas. . I’d rather take more smaller capsules. The packages are super convenient though, especially for travel, so I love that also."

There is no monitor that

"There is no monitor that clicks every day, but I feel the energy that these tablets give to my body - and seem to my brain, though this is harder to calculate. I've been taking B&B for maybe 5 years and will not stop the real and potential benefit they provide. One curious point - it appears that your packing machines put a notch on the left of two packets so that one can tear it open without scissors. The right side has a tiny notch but not enough to open without scissors. That's my observation, but I get out the scissors. I'm sticking with Dr. Amen!"
