"BrainMD Neuro-PS contains phosphatidylserine (PS), one of the brain nutrients I most strongly recommend for memory support. PS helps brain cells produce the energy needed to recall memories and learn new information, and it’s backed by extensive clinical research. Neuro-PS is a formula I trust for supporting a healthy, energized brain."

Better Sleep!

"This is an amazing supplement! I ordered it because I was waking up at 3 am, due to perimenopause, which was really frustrating! I did a little research and found that Phosphatidylserine can help with blunt the cortisol spikes. Plus it helps with brain fog and it just overall helpful for your brain. Who doesn't love things that help your brain? I started this supplement and my sleep improved almost immediately! It was wonderful! If you experience issues with high cortisol or waking up at 2 or 3 am, give this supplement a try! It works!"

Restorative for sleep

"It was recommended I take PS before bedtime, and I seem to do well and need phospholipids. A welcome side effect before bed is helping me to sleep longer throughout the night. I don’t wake up much or as often and seem to have calm dreams and restorative sleep. I can tell the difference when I skip an evening. It can be taken with a little healthy fat like a glass of milk or spoon of nut butter for better absorption."

— Crystal Y. (5/5)
