"After using the Brain and Body Power supplement for several years, I decided to try out the Max product last month. A bit of background: I have a history of one major and several minor TBIs in the past 20 years. I take a brain supplement because I notice a significant difference in my brain’s resilience when I do. By “resilience” I mean my brains ability to cope with challenging situations (i. e. bright flashing lights, long days of physical output, slight dehydration, etc). I also feel better at the end of the days when I take a brain supplement. What I noticed when I upgraded to Brain and Body Power Max is a slight but significant increase in all of the benefits I’ve had from taking Brain and Body Power. The difference was slight, but noticeable enough that I will happily be taking Max from here on out. Full disclosure: I found that for me, taking the Brain and Body Power supplements once a day (half the recommended amount) gave me roughly the same benefit as taking it twice a day."
