Hi so I wanted to make a comment about this article. Regarding brainhealth, I wasn’t thinking about fishing but regarding my family’s, microbiome I was. So we went fishing and then my husband caught a large bass. And it was exciting at first, but handling the fish was a different matter. I just wanna warn the empaths out there that if you feel the heartbeat of the fish, it kind of ruins, the whole thing. Also watching it breathe and gasp for air was kind of hard. So anyway, I’m sure that it was good for everybody’s microbiome. Because if you touch a fish or an animal, then the microbes from that animal transfer to you, and then if you hold hands with your husband it transfers to him…. and that is good for brain health eventually. So in terms of my family’s microbiology and it was a win, but in terms of relaxation, it was very relaxing and rewarding for my husband (I had mixed feelings).
